To amend the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 to extend the authority to withhold from public availability a financial disclosure report filed by an individual who is a judicial officer or judicial employee, to the extent necessary to protect the safety of that individual or a family member of that individual, and for other purposes.

Judicial Disclosure Responsibility Act - Amends the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 to: (1) restrict disclosure of personal information about family members of judges whose revelation might endanger them; and (2) extend through 2009 the authority of the Judicial Conference to redact certain personal information of judges from financial disclosure reports.Specifies addition types of information the Administrative Council of the U.S. Courts must include in its annual report to certain congressional committees on redaction of judicial financial disclosure reports.
