Expresses deepest condolences to the families and friends of those individuals killed in the attacks and expresses sympathies to those individuals who were injured. Expresses: (1) solidarity with the government and people of India in fighting and defeating terrorism; and (2) support for the enhancement of U.S.-India relations, with the goal of combating terrorism and advancing international peace and security.
